B -- COMPUTER MODELING FOR SEDIMENTATION ANALYSIS SOL DACW29-98-R-0021 DUE 050598 POC Patricia Perkins, Contract Specialist, (504) 862-2876 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, intends to negotiate a sole-source requirements contract with Colorado State University (CSU), Fort Collins, CO, for Computer Modeling in support of sedimentation analysis of the Lower Mississippi River. The computer modeling analysis will utilize the CH3D-SED numerical model developed and maintained by CSU. CSU maintains the ownership rights and possesses the expertise necessary to perform the requirements of this analysis. The purpose of the modeling will be to determine the effects on the Lower Mississippi River by the input of different scenarios on the existing CH3D-SED numerical model.
