The component items will be used in conjunction with the Finnigan MAT Navigator HPLC/MS Mass Detector system which is being acquired per GSA Contract No. GS-24F-2051D. The component items are: (1) Finnigan-SYS3 TSP Liquid Chromatography System to include the SCM1000 degasser, P4000 pump, AS3000 autosampler with no options, and the SN4000 controller with standard fittings kit (120V); (2) 920634 UV6000LP PDA detector with a 50 mm light-pipe flowcell having a wavelength range of 190-800 mm and data rate of 20 spectra/second; (3) A5600-010 ChromQuest Basic Software; (4) A5602-010 ChromQuest Spectral Analysis; (5) 994 Extended Warranty for the Navigator -- 9 mos.; and (6) Navigator Operation Training Course -- 1 person.
