Construction to upgrade and refurbish two (2) existing lift stations located on the Quileute Indian Reservation, Clallam County, Washington. Lift Station #3 shall receive new piping from the base flange through the proposed valve vault and tie in to the existing 6-inch forcemain, two (2) new pumps and motors, new control panel and necessary appurtenances. Lift Station #4 shall be raised two (2) feet and receive new piping from the base flange to the first 4-inch 90 degree bend in the wetwell, two (2) new pumps and motors, new control panel and necessary appurtenances. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 145 calendar days. The estimated range is $100,000 to $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required, including meeting Quileute Tribal Ordinances.
