The value of this R&D is estimated at $2 million; the period of performance is estimated at twelve months. Contract options are a consideration. This source is the only source known to the Government, as a consequence of its previous involvement with this Program, that retains the capability to undertake this Research and Development within the Government's cost and schedule parameters.
