The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed type contract with the successful contractor furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform Base Custodial Services. This work includes but is not limited to sweeping, low/high dusting, vacuuming, mopping, stripping/buffing, trash removal, carpet shampooing, and window/glass cleaning for the industrial facilities on the installation as required. Performance will cover a (12) month basic period plus four option year periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 May 98 with proposals due on or about 30 Jun 98.
