Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and emergency service repairs, hardware and software updates, and all parts required for the total maintenance of a Coulter Stk "S" Blood Cell Counter including all peripherals (computer with monitor, printer and power supply). Time requirements include a telephone response within two (2) hours and on-site within four (4) hours. Repairs must be completed within 24 hours. Award will be made for a base year plus two additional option years.
