This notice constitures the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation number RFQ 688-38-97. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 97-04. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3843. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Contractor to provide Val-Mons Automated Dental Alloy Polisher (four barrel), one system. System includes 1 Polisher, 1 Tote and Screen, 13 lb VMF Wet Shine, 100 lb SEWP Polishing Additive, 28 oz VM Chemtrol #221, 36 lb VM Granules, 2 pt Green High Shine Paste, 13 lb ELCY, 50 lb Glass Bead, and 50 lb VMF Acrylic Media. Items to be bid as brand name or equal (VAAR 852.210-77). Offerors ofproducts other than the brand name must submit data to show that their products are the equal of the brand. Items bid are to be FOB Destination. Acceptance time will be 60 days from bid opening date.
