The work consists on the construction of a timber retaining wall at the beach, an earthen berm and a 20-foot span pressure treated lumber footbridge. The project is located at the Stuart Recreation Area day use area approximately 6 miles east of Elkins on the Cheat/Potomac Ranger District in Randolph County, West Virginia. The contract time is 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The project estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
