FormsGenie is a migration tool used to convert character- based ORACLE Forms 3.0 to Graphical User Interface (GUI) ORACLE Forms 4.5. ORACLE Corporation has notified all SQL*Forms 3.0 users that support for this will be terminated and there need to be converted to SQL* Forms 4.5. MSIC has Five hundred forms to be converted. MSIC intends to issue a purchase order to Sierra Atlantic, Inc. for this software. FormsGenie is the only known software that can be used for this purpose that does not use proprietary libraries in the conversion process. Due to this the converted forms can further changed and/or updated as necessary without the need of additional proprietary libraries or software. No RFQ will be issued, but all responsible sources may submit aquote and/or technical literature (if a product other than FormsGenie is quoted)and it will be considered.
