The contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, labor, supervision and materials necessary to Add/Alter Building #32, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Shop. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work will consist of, but not limited to, concrete foundation and floor slab, concrete block walls and roof structure. Exterior to match existing building. Interior work will consist of rearranging of walls and utility systems. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 10 June 1998 with bid opening schedule on or about 13 July 1998. Contract performance period for this project is 270 calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Interested parties may request the solicitation package, when it becomes available, in writing, on company letterhead. Directions will be provided in the solicitation advertisement, as to the cost of the plans and specifications package and to whom the payment will made.
