Waters, Contract Specialist, (202) 874-2183 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Washington Area Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for MetroPool Services to provide Metrorail Farecards and Metrobus Tokens to BEP employees pursuant to Public Law 101-509. WMATA is the only known source capable of providing the required services because it is sole controller of Metrorail and Metrobus media used in the public transportation system of the Washington, D.C. Metro area. The period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base year plus two (2) option years. Interested parties shall respond on or before May 17, 1998 to Joan C.
