This is being procured under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Information regarding ordering plans and specifications is provided at the end of the announcement. This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the provision of miscellaneous work to consist of replacing all doors and frames both interior and exterior. This will consist of a total of 16 doors (8 single and 4 sets of double doors). All frames are set in 8" thick concrete walls. All doors, locksets, door closures, and panic hardware will be furnished by the Government. Remove 5 windows and install new. The new windows are smaller in size and will require framing to accommodate the new windows. The new windows will be furnished by the Government. Furnish metal siding to cover the exterior of 7 windows and remove 14 basement windows and install concrete block in voids and other incidental related work at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business size standard is $17 million. Completion time is 60 calendar days after award. Estimated value is under $100,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is 100% Small Business set aside. A Payment Bond will be required for this solicitation.
