W -- TRACTOR/TRUCK LEASE SOL RFP #512 (P) 20-98 DUE 051298 POC Jacquelyn Goode-Wooley, 410-642-1104 This VA Medical Center has a requirement for lease of four (4) tractor/trucks, to possibly operate in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, fully capable of safely transporting a VA provided 45 foot, 80,000 LB Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) semi-trailer. Maintenance to be provided and replacement tractors when repairs are necessary with 24-hour roadside assistance with 2-hour response time. Contract for a base period of approx. five (5) months (May-September) and four (4) one year renewal options. Projected issue date is 4/16/98 (first-come, first-serve basis).
