The VA Medical Center 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP), for a Sharing Agreement for Dermatology Services, to be provided in Tulsa OK, on a per-procedure basis, with local contractor presense and facility required. This local presense is necessary in order to provide our patients timely and efficient dermatology services. The RFP will be issued on or about 5/12/98 and is due back on or about 6/15/98. Services are required for a base year and 2 option years. Award is anticipated by 7/1/98. It is the government's intent to negotiate at or below Medicare allowable rates.
