Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination necessary to retain the main runway in usable condition. Reseal joints, patch cracks and spalls in main runway; replace random shattered slabs in existing main runway. The proposed work is not located in a secure area, therefore; a Government escort will not be required. However, the contractor shall ensure that all personnel required to operate vehicles on the flightline are trained and certified. The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days from the date of award. The Government will hold a site visit for all interested sources. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 01 May 98 with the approximate response date of 02 Jun 98. The cost range for this project is approximately $500,000 to $1 Million.
