The District of Columbia's Department of Corrections, Health Services Administration is seeking a Contractor to provide X-Ray Technician Services for inmates at the correctional facilities at Lorton, Virginia. The Contractor shall provice three technicians to perform a full rang of X-Ray services on a regular dailey schedule at two clinics in Lorton, Virginia. Services shall be performed within the limits of the equipment and the requirements of the Health Services Administration. The Scope of Services and hours of coverage include a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Facility One at Lorton, VA: two x-ray technicians, 4160 hours to provide services at the x-ray clinic Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Facility Two, also at Lorton; one (1) x-ray technician, 2080 hours to provide services at the x-ray clinic Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Also, twenty-four hour emergency on-call service for both faciliteis on an as needed basis, hours to be determined.
