Work consists of the stabilization of existing roads with the addition of some flood damage repair sites. Stabilization work includes: constructing driveable waterbars; excavating slumped shoulders; removing and disposing of shallow culverts and constructing riprap fords; installing additional Government Furnished Property (GFP) culverts; placement of GFP aggregate; placement of pit-run surfacing; furnishing and applying seed and fertilized. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(1) Availability of Solicitation, a limited number of solicitation packages (25) will be made available on a first come -- first serve basis for this project.
