EPA anticipates the award of a cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort type contract for a total of 117,600 labor hours consisting of a base requirement of 23,520 labor hours. In addition, the contract will allow for four twelve-month options for 23,520 labor hours each. RFP will be issued approximately 4/21/98, and the proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the RFP issuance date.***** (0104)
