This is a requirements contract in which telephone calls will be placed on an as needed basis. Deliver to Anniston Army Depot(ANAD). ANAD will provide the contractor with sufficient quantities of empty cylinders to establish a base level of empty cylinders that will be maintained at the contractor's facilities.
