61 -- TELEMETRY BATTERY SOL N68936-98-R-0110 POC Marlena Kohler, Contract Specialist, (760) 939-1181 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure telemetry batteries used as a part of flight telemetry systems for test and evaluation programs under a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be awarded using full and open competitive procedures. The Batteries shall be fabricated, tested and delivered in accordance with Statement of Work and drawing package included in the solicitation. The solicitation will consist of ten (10) First Article Units, forty (40) Production Units, Option 1 with a quantity of thirty (30) units, Option 2 with a quantity of twenty (20) units and Option 3 with a quantity of twenty (20) units. Delivery for completion First Article testing is 90 days desired, 120 days required, after award of contract. Delivery of the Production Units shall be desired 150 days, required 180 days, after time of award. Partial deliveries are acceptable. Option CLINs will be exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item. Data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) will also be included in the solicitation. The Government anticipates award will be based upon greatest value selection. The evaluation criteria will be provided in the solicitation.
