Quantity is estimated at 28,000 units (approximately 347.62 gross stons, or 336 net stons). Open Burn/Open Detonation (OB/OD) is not permitted technology for any component or end item. Properly and fully permitted facilities will be considered for award. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal gives the Government the best overall value, considering past performance, price, and evaluation of transportation costs.
