The work of this project consists of the in-place reclaiming of 3,500 cy of existing bituminous pavement and gravel subbase, and the placing of 24,200 sy of new bituminous concrete pavement. Existing parking areas will be expanded to provide additional spaces. The new pavement is composed of a 1-1/2 inch thick binder course, tack coat, and 1-1/2 inch thick top course. Also, 2,100 sy of existing parking areas will be overlaid with a tack coat and 1-1/2 inch thick top course. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work shall be completed within 75 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 5/4/98 at a cost of $20.00 per set. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the New England District. (0103)
