The Contractor shall be responsible for taking, documenting and disseminating accurate and timely aviation and synoptic observations and providing specified ASOS backup and augmentation observations once the SLCIA ASOS is commissioned. All station personnel must be certified by the NWS prior to conducting any weather observations at the SLCIA. The scheduled commencement date for these services is October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with two option years.
