This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) RFQ R3-04-98-09: This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. (iv) Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3448; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% small business set aside. (v) Bid Item 1, Supply and deliver materials for a 50x60x20 foot metal building. Minimum design requirements: Overall size to be 50' wide by 60' long with a 20' eave height. Pre-engineered colums, rafters, purlins and grits. 2:12 Roof pitch, 30#L.L., 80 MPH W.L.; clear span rigid frame, three (3) 20' bays. Exterior color coated 26 gauge sidewall panels and 26 gauge roof panels w/20 year warranty. 3 inch thick fiberglass insulation w/reinforced vapor barrier at roof and sidewalls. 3 inch thick fiberglass insulation w/reinforced vapor barrier at roof and sidewalls. Two (2) 12 x 10 overhead door framed openings, w/Commercial insulated steel overhead doors. One (1) 12x12 overhead door framed opening, w/Commerical insulated steel overhead door. Four (4) 3070 commercial steel walkdoors with commercial duty lockset, hinges and threshold with sweep strip. Thirty Three (33) 6040 aluminum horizontal sliding windows with insulated glazing and removable half-screen. Gutters and downspouts at both eaves. (vii) Deliver within 60 days of award to: USDA, Prescott National Forest, Willow Admin Site, Prescott, Az.
