Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 60 days. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to renovate the Chapel Annex which is a building measuring approximately 25 x 45 feet. This work consists of the following: Demolish carpet and underlayment, wall paneling, fiberboard and insulation, doors, trim and baseboard, surface mounted electrical conduit and receptacles, and existing baseboard heat enclosure housings. Insulate and sheath all annex walls. Furnish and install new door/window trim and baseboard. Repair, tape and paint all walls. Construct new interior partition wall for a new closet. Provide and install 5 new interior doors with lock hardware and appropriate thresholds. Furnish and install approximately 130 square yards of new carpet tile. Electrical work primarily consists of recessing existing surface mounted conduit andreceptacles. Issue date on or about May 7, 1998. The proposed contract is unrestricted.
