Contractor shall dial directly into the Iowa City VAMC dictation system (Dictaphone Voice Processor Dictation System DX7000) to access dictation from Iowa City, IA VAMC. Transcription will be done from this direct access. Transcription is returned to VAMC, Iowa City, Iowa via contract owned modem and uploaded into VA Veterans Health Information and Technology Architecture (VISTA) program. This is a total small business set-aside. Contract period will be from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with two (2) one year options to extend.
