This service covers approximately 1438 residential units in Family Housing, 50 trailers at the Post Trailer Park, 8 cottages at Lake Tholocco, 16 cantonment locations and 100 playgrounds. The contract period is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with two option years. Anticipated issue date on/about 8 June 1998 with bid opening on/about 8 July 1998. The proposed acquisition is a 100 per cent small business set-aside for Small Business Concerns whose average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for its preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $6,000,000.
