Services will include the removal and disposal of asbestos and lead containing materials, removal and disposal of foundations, slabs, pavements, utilities and all components of existing facilities in order to restore sites to their preconstruction condition. An Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract type is contemplated. Period of performance is on or about 1 Jul 98 through 30 Sep 98 plus two option years. The minimum guaranteed amount for this contract is $30,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable SIC code and size standard for this acquisition are 1795/$7M.
