The U.S. Coast Guard will issuing a solicitation to improve grounding of 3 VTS-SF towers. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained in the Statement of Work and applicable purchase order clauses contained in the solicitation. This solicitation is a set-aside 100% for small business. The SIC Code is 8999. The small business size standard is $5 million annually. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. The period of performance will start on the date of contract award and shall be completed 60 days after award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 April 1998 and shall close on or about 18 May 1998.
