This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is FWS1-98-36(EM) for this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. Standard Industrial Classification Code 3531 applies. **Provide your written quotations for the following item. Quotation must include a total price for two pull scrapers. Unit shall be pulled behind a 4-wheel tractor. Specifications are as follows for each unit: Gated Carry-All Ejector Scraper, 4 Tires 18" x 22.5" 16 ply, one-piece alloy steel reversible cutting blade, yoke-type hitch, scraper capacity: 11 yards struck-15.5 yards heaped, laser platform and step, assembly and installation (4 hoses and quick couplers). Dimensions: 168" cutting width, length-283", width-185", height-91", Bucket: length-83", width-168", and height-39". Offerors shall also be responsible for submitting all additional information on the above product necessary for the Government to Determine whether the product offered meets fair and reasonable price.
