Thompson (208) 422-4602 FAX (208) 422-4632 This presolicitation notice is for a project located on Gowen Field, Boise Air Terminal, Boise Idaho to construct one new facility and remodel two existing facilities. The new facility will be a 14,200 square foot building for the C-130 Aerial Port Training. The second building will include the remodeling and addition to existing building 1500 for the 24,000 square foot C-130 Squadron Operations facility. The third building will include renovation of 12,000 square feet of the exisiting building 559 to accommodate the ARNG AASF Operations function. The Work consists of site construction, masonry walls, precast concrete columns and beams, open web steel roof joists with metal deck, full span bridge crane, concrete work, brick veneer, insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors and windows, metal studs and gypsum board, acoustic ceilings, specialties, heating ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems. The magnitude of constuction is $ 5 -- $10 Million. Plans and specifications will be available for a $125 refundable check made payable to DFAS-SB. Deposits will be refunded if plans and specifications are returned to the contracting officer within ten (10) days of bid opening.
