NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH MAKAH TRIBE. Notice of intent to enter into a sole source contract with Makah Tribe to conduct a study to estimate the encounter rates of sublegal chinook and coho salmon in the Washington Treaty Troll Fishery. The Makah Tribe is the only fisheries organization recognized by the US Commissioners of the Pacific Salmon Commission. This is a small purchase action.
