The Government intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO, 63166-0516, to procure aircrew training for Kuwait Air Force F/A-18C/D aircrew in Kuwait. Training period will be 21 months from 1 Jun 98-29 Feb 00. McDonnell Douglas Corporation is the sole designer, producer and supporter of the F/A-18C/D aircraft and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and proprietary technical data to perform this task within the required timeframe.
