It is VA's intention to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis for VISN 2 VISN 2 includes Albany, Bath, Canandaigua, Syracuse and WNY Healthcare System (Buffalo, Batavia, Rochester). Orthotic appliances include custom made/custom fit braces, corset/belts, elastic hose, arch supports, shoe inlays, molded shoes and orthotic shoes. Contract to be effective for a 12 month period with two (2) one-year option periods. Interested offerors should submit their request in writing by April 22, 1998. Bid opening date May 12, 1998.
