Thirty-one dining facilities are contractor operated at various times throughout the year. The contract will be for a base period of 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. This requirement is set-aside for the Small Business Administration (SBA) for contracting under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Firms requesting the solicitation shall provide with their request the date SBA certified the firm for the 8(a) program. The solicitation will ONLY be provided to SBA certified 8(a) firms approved under standard industrial classification (SIC) code 5812 for these services. (0093)
