The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and personnel necessary to accomplish recoating concrete pool deck the Palmetto Pool (Bldg 804), approximately 8,851 sq. ft. and the Lakeside Pool (Bldg 1411), approximately 6,807 sq. ft. Facility must be available for use by 5 May 1998. The Contractor shall prepare deck surface in accordance with manufacturer's direction. Contractor shall provide and install grout skim coat to existing deck surface to remove irregularities. Contractor shall provide and install "spray deck" to grouted pool deck. Contractor shall provide and apply two (2) coats of deck stain to color (color to be selected prior to commencement of work) and seal deck. Contractor shall clean-up the site daily and dispose of all debris at an approved off base site. SIC CODE 7389 and $5.0 Million size standard. This will be a firm-fixed price contract using Commercial Procedures. Closing will be 17 April 1998 at 4:30pm EST.
