The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire radiologist services through full and open, unrestricted competition, for the Naval Medical Clinic, Annapolis, MD. The Contractor shall provide radiologists on-site at the clinic to supplement the Navy radiologist staff. In addition, the Contractor shall provide performance and interpretation of MRIs, computed tomography scans, ultrasounds, and mammography services at an external location. Services will commence 1 October 1998 and continue through 30 September 1999. Four annual option periods are included. A fixed priced type contract is contemplated.
