This is not a request for proposal. Sources are sought for advisory and administrative support for the B-1B System Program Office (SPO). This requirement is to provide contractor advisory and administrative support for the B-1B SPO at Wright-Patterson AFB OH and Tinker AFB OK, the 419 FLTS at Edwards AFB CA, and the C/KC-135 Management Directorate at Tinker AFB OK. This requirement may include level of effort activities as well as discrete tasks. Tasks will include developing presentations and briefings for studies, analysis, metrics, and Program Reviews; design/development and maintenance of automated tools; planning and development of program documentation; defining, developing, and implementing management metrics; providing management support for Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E); providing support and assistance in conducting financial analysis; producing databases, spreadsheets, and other specialized graphics.
