NCES has revised the methodology that reconciles NCES and current Population Survey Data to a PC-based system. The opening date for the above solicitation is April 7, 1998 and closes May 4, 1998. The period of performance will be for 13 weeks. The SOW will be available on the Electronic Bulletin Board (http:www.ed.gov). Proposals should be received by 10am on the closing date.
