Work hours: 8:00 A.M. -- 1:00 P.M., Monday, Wednesday, Friday and as required by the Contracting Officer. This contract will be awarded based ipon the following contractor capabilities: (1) the percent (%) of proceeds returned to the Government; (2) The ability of the contractor to provide a portable (State of Michigan certified) scale; (3) The ability of the contractor to manage an expandable recyclables program; (4) Contractor must submit a security deposit in the amount of $500.00 prior to contract award, upon request by the Contracting Officer.
