This procurement is restricted for both items to HR Textron Inc. Valencia, CA, F.O.B. Origin with all deliveries to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana TX. Deliveries to begin 90 days after receipt of order for both part numbers. The Government does not have adequate data and /or lacks rights to data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
