This project consists of the renovation of a Visiting Officers Quarters (VOQ) to convert ten single dormitory-type rooms to five executive-type motel suites. Work includes demolition of masonry walls, some interior finishes, and plumbing fixtures. The work also includes new masonry walls, ceramic tile work, lighting, power, and new finishes such as trim, painting, and wall covering. The work will be performed at the Forest Inn at Arnold AFB, TN. The contract performance period will be 120 calendar days. the estimated magnitude of this work is between $100,000 and $250,000.
