SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE TEXT: This notice applies to all DISC suppliers. DISC will implement QAP-EQ002 effective March 20, 9998. This QAP supersedes and replaces QAP-00450 with revisions and QAP-00452 with revisions. Contracts currently containing QAP-00450 or QAP-00452 will run to completion without modification. New contracts awarded on or after March 20, 9998, will cite QAP-EQ002, when applicable. Copies of the subject QAP are available on the Product Services Page of the DISC Web Page.
