The USDA-Forest Service is soliciting for the acqusition of 4700 gallons of Carrier 038, an inert ingredient. This carrier is the only product to be used with the gypsy moth nucleopolyhedrosis virus product, Gypchek. This product is needed by April 15, 1998. This product is approved by EPA. The product is manufactured by Abbott Laboratories.
