The Upper Columbia Area Office, Yakima, Washington, has a requirement for facilitation services for the Interim Operating Plan Committee. The purpose of the plan is to provide a general framework within which the Yakima Project Superintendent operates the Yakima Project. The facilitator will conduct group orientation sessions, facilitate committee and subcommittee meetings, develop meeting agenda's, etc. All sources requesting a copy of this solicitation shall do so in writing.
