Refuse will be collected on four separate pickups: recyclables, garbage, organic yard material, and trash. The contractor will be required to turn recyclables into an approved Recycling Center off-base. Contract is a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The Government may extend the term of the contract for an additional period of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 21 April 1998.
