STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR NCI PRINTING REQUIREMENTS The National Cancer Institute (NCI) invites prospective printing contractors to obtain its free publication on "Standard Technical Specifications for NCI Printing Requirements." NCI awards about 125 purchase orders and contracts for printing services annually, primarily for services requiring a sheet-fed 4/C process press. Future NCI solicitations for printing services will reference the standard specifications. Therefore, prospective NCI printing contractors should obtain the "Standard Technical Specifications for NCI Printing Requirements" to ensure that they can submit bids or quotes within the required time period.
