Z -- DEVELOPMENT, DRILLING AND TESTING OF WATER WELLS SOL 1448-20181-98-Q027 DUE 050698 POC Ray Tomori, Contracting Officer, (505) 248-6795 The U.S. Fish and Willdlife Service, Region 2, seeks proposals to provide all labor, material, services and equipment to drill, test and develop six wells as emergency backup water supply at the Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery, located approximately 80 miles northwest of Austin, Texas. This project also provides for development of existing well and construction of well house at the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, located approximately 60 miles northwest of Austin, Texas. All work to be performed shall be in strict conformance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Payment and performance bonds are not required; however, alternate payment protection will be required from the successful offeror after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business under SIC Code 1781. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
