Farley (EES) (440) 838-6091 The VA Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking audiovisual equipment and services for use at a Medical Care Cost Recovery Conference to be held April 13-16, 1998, at the New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, LA. The equipment and service shall include rental, installation (setup), technicians, maintenance, and removal. Contractor shall provide a Project Manager to interface with the government Media Development Manager and the Conference Planner. Equipment and services are required during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) and shall be delivered FOB Destination at the hotel site operational for the first day of conference.
