The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is seeking qualified Buy-Indian Contractors, pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47, to submit proposals as a Prime Vendor to provide Medical and Surgical Supply items (Class 6510, 6515, 6530, 6532) under Government supply contracts for distribution to 7 IHS facilities in New Mexico and Southern Colorado. The contract duration will be for one year from date of award, with 4 one year options. Performance requirements include 95% fill rate for conventional delivery, 97% fill rate for just-in-time and 98% for stockless, plus delivery capability for emergencies.
